All your staff are efficient and so polite. It is not often that one can find a company like yours in this day and age. You all deserve a big thank you. When Jeremy came to collect Molly and Tess, I had to make the goodbye as quick as possible, otherwise I was going to cry, but I knew they were in good hands. He rang when he got them to your kennels and then again when he had checked them in at Heathrow. Your service is and was worth every penny. It was all worth it in the end and Molly and Tess have settled into their life in Bahrain very quickly. Thanks a million once again for such an efficient service. '

'Finally found a few spare minutes to thank you and everyone there for taking such good care of Bella and Mao- they arrived safe in New York and acted as if they flew trans-Atlantic flights all the time! They both looked good- healthy and in great spirits- and settled in straight away. Bella is a proper NYC dog now and has a pack of doggie friends in the park dog run a few blocks away. Mao is dealing with being an apartment cat well enough and is oddly more affectionate that he was in a house.....thank you again'
