This email is long long overdue, but we just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who took care of Maya and Dienfer so well and/or who played a great role in getting them to us safely. Thank you so much! I remember also that Pete collected them in London and Steve dropped them to the airport. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of everyone involved or how to contact them but would be so grateful if you could pass on my thanks. And thank you all for all your help and kindness. You'll hopefully be pleased to know that the kitties are busy enjoying their new home (and spying on the neighbours too).
With many thanks again and very best wishes,

Archie was looked after SO SO WELL. Such a personal service from start to finish. We went for gold and it made the process so straight forward exporting him to NZ - it is very complicated and you don’t save money if you just try and do the other bits yourself. When he was picked up the guy was so kind and understanding, let us make sure he was safely in his crate. Archie got a stop over in Singapore where they let him out the crate - I couldn’t find another company that allowed this. Liaison with the Quarantine was also facilitated. Everything went so smoothly and we were so happy to be reunited with him 10 days later. PetAirUK were also very reasonably priced - you might find a service that saves £100-200 but it won’t be nearly as good. It’s worth it for peace of mind for what is a stressful long and complicated process.
Apologies for only emailing you now to say thank you. Zoey has had a good flight as far as we could tell.
She looked relaxed when we picked her up. Everything went so smooth and we cannot say thank you enough.
From the moment I enquired about your services, your emails and help, the very warm and friendly driver who picked Zoey up and the text message to let us know when she was dropped off at Heathrow, I can truly say that we've had such a good experience. Worth every penny!
The peace of mind we had to know that all the paperwork was taken care of and to know that the people who dealt with her made sure she was happy and comfortable.
Zoey is enjoying her new home. So much space and freedom here on the farm.
Thank you again for everything (being very patient as well with all my emails checking things you had already told me etc).
Just wanted to let you know that we collected Pippi from quarantine this morning and she's settling into her new home down under quite nicely.
She's lost quite a lot of weight in quarantine, but generally she's in great shape.
Thank you and everybody at Pet Air for everything - this was a long project for me: my initial enquiry with you was at the end of 2014, and at times I didn't think it was ever going to happen...but here she is!
You and your team made the whole thing very straight forward for me, and I'm very, very grateful.
Dear Darren, Luke and everyone else involved in shipping our pets to Atlanta,
I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such good care of our three pets Lieutenant Worf, Jeanne d'Arc and La Reine Margot.
You have made a very stressful process easy and we were very impressed by your professionalism via email and at your center.
Our pets were so comfy in their crates that we have decided to decorate them and keep them as their individual dens.
So once again, many thanks.

Lola arrived safely, thank you so very much for all your work, we could not have done it without you!
Apologies that this email is long overdue. As you can imagine there is so much to organise when moving your life to the other side of the world! I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your help in getting my babies safely to Melbourne. I was very happy with the service and never felt a bother when I asked a thousand questions about the process. I really appreciate all the reassurance and understanding you provided, as this helped keep my anxieties at bay. I was so impressed by how easily you were able to sort and rearrange our travel arrangements when I became ill after having my baby. It couldn't have been easier or more stress free on my part. I picked up Laika and Skip from quarantine expecting them to be skinny and shaking with stress, but they were the happy healthy pups I left in the UK. They have settled into life here so easily and I am so glad we were able to bring them along. Thank you Catherine and thank you to everyone at PetAir UK, I would definitely recommend you to anyone!!
All the best
Hi Lenny and Catherine
Nigel is home, safe and sound. He's explored every room of his new home, steadfastly ignored all his new toys, eaten far more treats than strictly necessary, and is now cuddled up by my feet on the sofa looking very contented and happy.
A huge thank you to both of you and everyone else involved in getting him safely here. You've obviously looked after him very well, and it's wonderful to have him back. We missed him so much!
We really appreciate everything you've done. If we ever hear of someone wanting to bring their pet over from the UK, we will keep recommending you relentlessly until they give in!
Lxxxx and family.
Hope all is well.
I just wanted to say huge huge thank you to all involved with the transporting of Marley and Dakota to Vancouver.
The boys arrived yesterday, with much praise from customs and the cargo centre staff. Everyone got kisses, lol. The staff at Swissport were really lovely, caring and helpful. They helped us with the crate to the car and made sure the boys were happy.
Both flew fabulously, with absolutely zero mess in their crates! It was spanking clean, which everyone was shocked about especially for such a long journey with additional delays in Customs due to two flights from Asia landing just before the boys did. I would thoroughly recommend anyone with Nervous dogs to definitely get the travel crate beforehand for their dogs to get accustomed and make it their own safe haven. I'm pretty sure it made a huge difference.
They are still adjusting to the time difference, but surprisingly are eating really well, playing with toys and enjoying getting to know their new home on Vancouver Island. They definitely have a way too much energy for me at the moment lol.
Thanks again for everything. I will definitely keep in contact with updates as we all settle in.
Lxxxx, Dxxxxx, Marley and Dakota
