Pet Air UK have been brilliant all the way through the girls’ journey. They arranged for my three girls to fly from London Heathrow to the Cayman Islands. I was extremely nervous about it, but everyone at Pet Air UK put my mind at ease at every step along the way. Emma and Vicky in the booking teams, and all the boarding team at The Tarbay Centre, are amazing. I received regular updates and everything was well-organised from the word go. I can’t recommend their services highly enough!

We used PetAir UK’s Gold service to help relocate our dog and cat from the UK back to New Zealand. They took the stress out of what seemed like a very daunting and complicated process, especially when we had the rest of the family and possessions to relocate in a pandemic. There are really no words to say how fantastic Pet Air have been in relocating my dog to Abu Dhabi. From the very first moment I made contact with Emma, then to Vicki and to Lindsay, and to Snoopy pets in the UAE, all my worries were listened to, explained and just made me feel that we were all in the safest pair of hands with their company.
