This is just to send you all a BIG thank you for your help, service, patience and understanding with the move of our four cats to Australia. The service you provided was excellent. Moving country can be so stressful but Catherine especially I knew I could contact you with any concerns or worries with the cats’ move and you would reply straight away with reassurance! From the time I received a quote to even the driver Kevin collecting the cats, I felt that your service was first rate.
Lenny, thank you for sending your updates once the cats arrived in Melbourne. The video was such a lovely touch and was so reassuring.
The cats have settled in well. Princess is still a little nervous (she is a nervous cat anyway) but the others seem fine and are all adjusting well!

Thank you for the receipt. I was so so impressed with Petair our little fur babies arrived in far better condition than us! They are so happy and contented here…must be the lovely sunshine on their backs.
Everything about their journey was first class, from the cattery and the lovely Rachel through to Alex who checked them in for their flight and who texted me to say he had given them a cuddle before they boarded, that meant a lot to me. The cages you provided were so well made and very roomy. I couldn’t believe they had travelled over 6000 miles it was if they had travelled just down the road they were completely unfazed by it all thanks to Petair, I will certainly leave feedback on Facebook (I have already sent my thanks to you all, via Hayley).

Otto arrived safely in Menorca thanks to Petair, who looked after him brilliantly. He arrived very relaxed in his box. As you can see he looks as if he is permanently on holiday – which he is! Will definitely use Petair again and recommend you to others.

Bobby got there with no problems and settled in well.
We really appreciated everyone’s help with moving him 🙂 Bobster even found a girlfriend in Dubai kennels 🙂 so he’s a happy boy!
We’ve just been out to see him and he’s absolutely fine. We move out in Jan! Miss him so much but can’t wait to get out there now!
