We couldn’t wish for a better agency to fly our dogs to Dubai. From the minute we had an email with Corrine to continuing the paperwork with Sharon, the service has been seamless. We had all of the information we needed, no stress no fuss and it took away all of the painful paperwork (which is a minefield) of our hands. They explain the full process (the flight and what it’s like for the pets) and calmed me down when I was too worried. Just incredible all around. They work very closely with Emirates and updated the airline about our deaf timid girl which then continued to the actual flight where the air hostess came to tell us that the dogs have been safely borded on the plane and gave us the temperature of their hold space (21C ha!)

Maya and Dienfer travelled to Zurich, Switzerland – 2018
This email is long long overdue, but we just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who took care of Maya and Dienfer so well and/or who played a great role in getting them to us safely. Thank you so much! I remember also that Pete collected them in London and Steve dropped them to the airport. Unfortunately, I don’t know the names of everyone involved or how to contact them but would be so grateful if you could pass on my thanks. And thank you all for all your help and kindness. You’ll hopefully be pleased to know that the kitties are busy enjoying their new home (and spying on the neighbours too).

Zoey the dog flew to Cape Town, South Africa

Zoey has had a good flight as far as we could tell. She looked relaxed when we picked her up. Everything went so smooth and we cannot say thank you enough.
From the moment I enquired about your services, your emails and help, the very warm and friendly driver who picked Zoey up and the text message to let us know when she was dropped off at Heathrow, I can truly say that we’ve had such a good experience. Worth every penny!
The peace of mind we had to know that all the paperwork was taken care of and to know that the people who dealt with her made sure she was happy and comfortable. Zoey is enjoying her new home. So much space and freedom here on the farm.

Thank you so much for everything! Peter arrived safely (if a bit smelly!) to a very cold Boston last night. After an hour and half car journey to his temporary home in NH, he met is ‘grandparents’ and is settling in quickly. Yesterday was already an emotional day for us – but knowing that he was being so well looked after certainly made the journey easier for us. The whole process was so well organized – from initial quote to picking him up, and thank you to Peter (who picked him up, appropriately) for being so calm and thorough to two blubbering owners! We hope we won’t have to travel internationally again, but if we do – we will be in touch!!!

I was so so impressed with Petair our little fur babies arrived in far better condition than us! They are so happy and contented here…must be the lovely sunshine on their backs.
Everything about their journey was first class, from the cattery and the lovely Rachel through to Alex who checked them in for their flight and who texted me to say he had given them a cuddle before they boarded, that meant a lot to me. The cages you provided were so well made and very roomy. I couldn’t believe they had travelled over 6000 miles it was if they had travelled just down the road they were completely unfazed by it all thanks to Petair, I will certainly leave feedback on Facebook (I have already sent my thanks to you all, via Hayley).

England to Washington DC
Like most, I find the idea of pets on a plane a bit weird. PetAir made it so easy. I just filled in some simple forms when asked, and my dog and cat were delivered door-to-door from the North of England to Washington DC. They also have good packages to either bring down the cost, or go for a comprehensive service. I found it reassuring that PetAir is run by vets. Strongly recommend!
