As for feedback…well! I can’t thank Pet Air enough, in particular Tracey, Vicki and you but most of all Alex who not only gave me a massive hug when I had to say goodbye to my beloved furries, but also kept me posted every step of the way until they boarded the plane.
I have told so many people about what a fantastic service I received from the four of you and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pet Air.
Both Stevie Nicks and Schnitzel are settling in well to their new life in Dubai, as you can see by the pictures…this is their version of helping me unpack 189 boxes that were delivered yesterday! Thanks again ladies, we couldn’t have done it without you.

Bella and Nelson Travel to the USA!
Bella and Nelson travelled from UK to the USA with Pet Air Uk We might be a long way from our old home and there is still a lot of unpacking to do but our most precious dogs have made it safe and well! We are really appreciative of all the support and help that meant we could be reunited in our new home Wilmslow Cheshire to Carmel Indiana – what seemed such a big ask was made easy by Manisha and team at Pet Air UK Everything went smoothly and we were kept up dated at all times and there was so much help with the forms and paperwork The dogs were reunited with us and an hour and a half after landing in Chicago and their pet taxi driver and customer broker was very lovely. The whole experience was brilliant I would highly recommend the service.

Harley flew to Canada during coronavirus lockdown. April 2020
Harley made it safe and sound and honestly PetAir UK made this the EASIEST process of my life. I was not worried about her and the fact that you were able to pick her up and provide a crate for her made things that much better. I am so happy to have my fur baby back and I couldn’t have done it without you. I appreciate all the updates and the options provided to me.

Candee the cat flew to Faro, Portugal
“Thanks for all your help with Candee, we have only just been connected to Wifi so could not respond earlier, although I did send a text to Cat Ball which I hope she received. Everything went well and we collected Candee as planned, she was very affectionate rubbing around us and snuggling up for 1st 24hrs. Now has decided that lazing around is the best policy. We have tried taking her into garden on a lead( don’t want her running away) but she doesn’t like it. I will try and send some photos later.

Basil and Lexi flew to Cape Town, South Africa

journey was good and uneventful thank you, and thank you SO much for taking our precious Basil and Lexi to the airport. They love Cape Town and we move into our house at the end of the month. Have to put up with a beach cabana in the meantime :).

Stanley the dog flew over to Abu Dhabi, UAE – April 2021
There are really no words to say how fantastic Pet Air have been in relocating my dog to Abu Dhabi. From the very first moment I made contact with Emma, then to Vicki and to Lindsay, and to Snoopy pets in the UAE, all my worries were listened to, explained and just made me feel that we were all in the safest pair of hands with their company. They really make you feel that your pet matters and most importantly is treated as an individual. Thank you all so much, Stanley is settling in well and we couldn’t be happier to have him with us.

Sonny, Floss and Mylo went to Cairns, Australia
I just wanted to let you know that sonny floss and Mylo have all arrived safely and are with dad in cairns enjoying their new home! I wanted to thank you for your great efforts in helping us to move our fur babies to Australia, I have had nothing but absolute confidence in you and your company and in making it a smooth transition for myself and my husband and our adored pets, your driver was extremely professional and certainly made me feel like he loved my animals as much I do and he was brilliant in what was an extremely emotional time for me, you are both a huge credit to your company and I feel so happy that we used you to take care of everything.
