The PetAir Process

Step 1: Receive a Quote

Reach out to our friendly and knowledgeable quoting team to discuss your pet’s travel needs. We’ll walk you through the available options and answer any questions you have. If you’re travelling with a dog, it helps to have their measurements ready – since travel costs are based on size. (No need to measure cats). Step 2: Book the Flight
We’ll tailor the flight arrangements to suit your requirements – Whether you’re relocating, taking a holiday, or travelling for work – we’ve got you covered. We have strong relationships with all the major airlines and if a plane can fly a pet, then we can book it. We always aim for the shortest, most comfortable route for your pet, prioritising their safety and well-being every step of the way. Step 3: Arrange Documentation
From Animal Health Certificates and import permits to customs clearance, veterinary tests, and owner declarations – we handle it all. No matter where in the world your pet is headed, we’ll make sure every document is in order for a smooth, stress-free journey.
Step 4: Pet Travel Crates

Every pet is different so we supply IATA approved travel crates to fit your pet’s size and needs perfectly.

Our pet cabin/ pet travel crate is made to IATA and IPATA approved specifications. This often provides cost benefits – but more importantly, we ensures your pet travels safely and comfortably in a secure, calming environment.

Each cabin is lined with soft, absorbent bedding and supplied with two water trays and a filler funnel.

Step 5: A Smooth and Safe Journey
We’ll make the handover as easy and stress-free as possible. Prior to travel, our team carries out thorough checks to ensure your pet is calm, comfortable, and ready to travel – and we will update you through our convenient CareTags app that keeps you updated every step of the way.
