Taking pets to Asia
Many dogs and cats fly from UK to the countries of Asia. The UK is well served with direct flights to many of the main countries, which suits the pets who can travel on one single flight with one take off and one landing, which means they travel much better.
Most of the countries require very precise veterinary preparation, with import permits and specifically timed pre travel vaccinations and veterinary health checks. Singapore remains rabies free currently, so pets travelling to Singapore do not need a rabies vaccine but must have been in UK for 6 months before travel. But most other Asian nations do require a pre travel rabies vaccine to allow entry. This is the minimum requirement and the other requirements are numerous and specific. So please do have a look at the specific country page and if you have any questions or all the information you would like is not present, then please get in touch with us by phone, or request a quote below.

Pippin to Singapore
Thank you so so much for arranging the move of my precious boy to Singapore. I was very anxious about the whole process but all of you at PetAir made it so smooth and easy. Pippin arrived in Singapore in fantastic health and I was so amazed to see him bound out of the travel crate straight towards me with enthusiasm and energy! I expected him to be a little shaken but obviously he thought it was all very well organised too!

Sri Lanka travels
“This is to let you know that Boo landed safe and well in Sri Lanka. Thank you ever so much for all your wonderful support, patience and hard work with all the arrangements. You were a pleasure to work with and had so much attention to detail right throughout the whole process, that we are truly grateful for all you did to support us. Please do pass on my sincere gratitude to your colleague, Andy, who was at the airport right to the very end, helping us with a kind attitude and smile. It’s such a relief also that there wasn’t any evidence of stress on Boo’s long haul journey. Here are some pics of Boo taken over the weekend, when we went down to the beach.
Best wishes,

My boyfriend and I have just moved to Hong Kong and PetAir were absolutely incredible! Thank you to Alison and Victoria for working with us and for enabling such a smooth process. Our dog Nugget arrived at her destination calm and happy, even after such a long journey, and we were informed of her progress/whereabouts every step of the way. We cannot thank you enough!

Ziggy and Zag in Singapore
“Hi Vickie,
Once again thank you so very much for everything to you and the whole team. Ziggy and Zag have safely arrived and are settling in as you can see from the photos . Zag has hissed at Ziggy but once the strange smells are gone after the trip they’ve made we are sure they will be best friends again.
Ziggy always likes sleeping in an empty suitcase, we don’t think this means he wants to go back already 🙂
We can’t recommend PetAir highly enough and will let anyone know who asks that they should definitely use you .
Kind Regards,
Lxxxxxxx and Jxxxx”

Thanks to you all for getting my Tiny boy safe to us in Singapore. He seems happy here and I’m sure he’ll be more happy when we move to our new place where there’s a big balcony for him to lounge on.
