Not necessarily. We can handle customs clearance and provide arrival or departure support on your behalf. You’re welcome to be there if you wish, but it’s not required.
Yes! We provide custom-made, IATA-approved travel crates built for your pet’s size and comfort. These are required for international travel
We recommend contacting us as early as possible, ideally at least 4–6 weeks before travel, to allow time for crate measurements, vet visits, paperwork, and flight arrangements.
Depending on the destination, you may need a health certificate, proof of vaccinations, and/or import permits. We’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed for your route.
While live GPS tracking is not standard, we will keep you informed throughout the process and ensure updates at key milestones. Some airlines also offer tracking options.
It depends on where your pet is going. We can advise on quarantine rules for your destination and help ensure all requirements are met to avoid delays.
Our team is experienced with pets of all temperaments. We offer advice on preparation and can work with your vet to make sure your pet is as calm and comfortable as possible.
