Rupert and Lolly to UAE
We couldn’t wish for a better agency to fly our dogs to Dubai. From the minute we had an email with Corrine to continuing the paperwork with Sharon, the service has been seamless. We had all of the information we needed, no stress no fuss and it took away all of the painful paperwork (which is a minefield) of our hands. They explain the full process (the flight and what it’s like for the pets) and calmed me down when I was too worried. Just incredible all around. They work very closely with Emirates and updated the airline about our deaf timid girl which then continued to the actual flight where the air hostess came to tell us that the dogs have been safely borded on the plane and gave us the temperature of their hold space (21C ha!)

Bella and Nelson Travel to the USA!
Bella and Nelson travelled from UK to the USA with Pet Air Uk We might be a long way from our old home and there is still a lot of unpacking to do but our most precious dogs have made it safe and well! We are really appreciative of all the support and help that meant we could be reunited in our new home Wilmslow Cheshire to Carmel Indiana – what seemed such a big ask was made easy by Manisha and team at Pet Air UK Everything went smoothly and we were kept up dated at all times and there was so much help with the forms and paperwork The dogs were reunited with us and an hour and a half after landing in Chicago and their pet taxi driver and customer broker was very lovely. The whole experience was brilliant I would highly recommend the service.

I just wanted to let you know that sonny floss and Mylo have all arrived safely and are with dad in cairns enjoying their new home! England to Washington DC
Like most, I find the idea of pets on a plane a bit weird. PetAir made it so easy. I just filled in some simple forms when asked, and my dog and cat were delivered door-to-door from the North of England to Washington DC. They also have good packages to either bring down the cost, or go for a comprehensive service. I found it reassuring that PetAir is run by vets. Strongly recommend!

Nigel the cat flew to Tasmania
Hi Lenny and Catherine
Nigel is home, safe and sound. He’s explored every room of his new home, steadfastly ignored all his new toys, eaten far more treats than strictly necessary, and is now cuddled up by my feet on the sofa looking very contented and happy.
A huge thank you to both of you and everyone else involved in getting him safely here. You’ve obviously looked after him very well, and it’s wonderful to have him back. We missed him so much!
