These terms and conditions apply to the provision of the Services by PetAir Ltd (“PetAir”) from the Offer Start Date. If, from the Offer Start Date, you find any of the Services being offered by a Licensed Competitor, for a lower price (inclusive of all fees, taxes, surcharges and handling charges) than PetAir’s, PetAir will match the price of the relevant Service (the “Price Promise”), subject to the below:
The service(s) being offered for a lower price by a Licensed Competitor must be identical to the Service or Services being offered by PetAir including, and without limitation, travel to the same destination (with the same route, number of stopovers, airline class and service inclusions), provision of the same crate size and provision of the same levels of care
PetAir will not match prices being offered by a Licensed Competitor where the prices for those services have been reduced pursuant to a promotion/sale/offer/discount/membership. The lower price being offered by a Licensed Competitor must be that Licensed Competitor’s set list price for the relevant service(s).
PetAir reserves the right to amend and remove the Services subject to the Price Promise at any time.
Process: To be eligible for the Price Promise, you must email PetAir (via priceguarantee@PetAiruk.com) requesting the price match within 7 days of receiving the lower quote from a Licensed Competitor. As part of this email, you must also send: a) a copy of the relevant quote; b) details of your requested Service from PetAir; and c) your contact information (being: your name, and email address and/or telephone number), for verification purposes. Upon receiving this email, PetAir will review the claim and will endeavour to respond to you within 2 working days. Emails are deemed to be received and properly served 24 hours after the relevant email is sent.If the claim is approved, PetAir will match the verified quote or, subject entirely to PetAir’s discretion, offer a better price. If PetAir: a) is unable to verify the quote; and/or b) in its sole discretion, determines that the quote does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in 1(a) above, the claim may be rejected.The Price Promise can only be offered before a Service is provided by PetAir to a customer. The Price Promise does not apply after a Service has been provided and/or paid for.
Limitations: The Price Promise can only be redeemed as stipulated and is subject to availability. The Price Promise may only be redeemed by a customer once. The Price Promise cannot be used with any other promotion or discount. This Price Promise has no cash value. The Price Promise is non-transferable/not for resale. Any purported transfer or sale of the Price Promise will render it void.
Amendments: PetAir reserves the right to withdraw, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Price Promise at any time, for any reason and without notice. PetAir shall not be liable for any losses (whether financial or otherwise) arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Price Promise or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of the Price Promise for any reason.
Disclaimer: PetAir’s “We won’t be beaten on price” claim is based solely on the Price Promise and only applies where these terms and conditions are met. It does not constitute a blanket or unconditional lowest-price promise.

Governing law and Jurisdiction: The terms and conditions of the Price Promise and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Price Promise or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed with the laws of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
