I recently moved my cat to the UK, and chose PetAir UK as my HARC clearing agent in London. I was assisted by Daniel and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He was extremely organized and had excellent communication with me throughout the whole process. Daniel lodged all of my cat’s paperwork ahead of time which made the check in process a lot less stressful (thank you!). I was notified immediately when my cat arrived which put me at ease while waiting for his quarantine release. I would definitely recommend PetAir when traveling to the UK!

Daniel helped answer my (many) detailed questions about bringing my cats to the UK from Canada, he was very, very knowledgeable and very prompt with all emails. I especially appreciated the fact that Daniel looked into extra information for me as I would be flying charter and the process for pet transport is slightly different. Most other companies simply ignored my emails as they don’t deal with charter flights and didn’t want to look further. Thanks so much for the information. There needs to be a Daniel in every company! I only took one star off as I have not used PetAir UK transport service yet.

I had to send my 2 beautiful cats to the U.S. and PetAir UK was the only choice I was going to make based on reviews. They were so helpful and they made every step a breeze. They met every accommodation I could ask for. When it was time for my cats to be picked up, we were met with the friendliest staff who was extremely genuine when he assured us that he will keep our cats safe on their journeys. And then when they arrived in their custom made crate (which was meticulously crafted to be absolutely perfect, I mean it was really well-made) they were full of energy and happy to see me. I cannot thank PetAir UK enough for the fantastic job they did with this very stressful endeavor. Thank you so much!

My goodness, what a knowledgeable, supportive team with pet welfare at the top of mind. Due to family circumstances, I had to urgently move my dog from the U.K. to the US. PetAir (and my wonderful booking agent Emma Day) organised the trip for us much quicker than anticipated, providing a full service: making a bespoke crate to measure of the highest quality and incredibly safe for my 1-year old chewing machine (the arrival crew even commented about how high quality the crate was…and they see them every day!), answering emails extremely promptly with all the information I needed, treating my questions and anxiety about travel with kindness, patience, and understanding. We even had a hiccup where we couldn’t leave on the planned date and they were able to rebook for us with no problems! On the day of travel, their pet pick-up driver was incredibly kind and patient. Adam made a fuss over my dog and patiently answered all my questions. He let me walk my dog as long as I needed, opened the crate multiple times for “just one more cuddle” and text me when my dog was checked in. These. Are. Dog. People. And it makes all the difference in the world when dog people are looking after your dog during a stressful time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use PetAir again and recommend anyone making a big move with their pet to use them. We arrived safely without a scratch to my dog or her crate and are both happily reunited! Thanks, again PetAir!!

We were assisted by Daniel throughout the process of bringing our baby dog from the Philippines to England. He was extremely helpful, kudos to this guy! We had a very smooth transaction and he was always there for all our queries. We could not thank him enough for all his assistance. Well done PetAir UK! I travelled with a nervous rescue dog from the Caribbean to Gatwick and we both had a 5-star experience - Daniel at PetAir UK was helpful, friendly and responsive from day one - especially with my ever-changing logistics as I navigated travel challenges from a small island ... Daniel and the Pet Air UK team made it a smooth process on landing and my shy insecure dog came through with a new-found confidence, as did her Mum! Thank you!!

We have recently relocated with our two cats from UK to Singapore. The assistance and services provided by PetAir UK were first class! From initial tailoring of what we required, through checking records/docs (although vax and microchip records check could have been done a little earlier) to the eventual check in and the flight, we were very much informed and at ease (as much as you can be as a pet parent!). As we were on the same flight as our cats, knowing that the PetAir agent was monitoring the cats until they were loaded on the aircraft was a great comfort.
