Where to take your dog in Dubai

Although Dubai isn’t the most pet-friendly city, there are still plenty of places you can go with your four-legged friend. Dogs are not allowed in public parks or on the beaches there but there are some great alternatives. There’s even an app, Flopster, that will help you find pet-friendly places in the UAE. In the mean time, we’ve made a list of the best places to visit with your dog in Dubai.

Arrows and Sparrows

Located in The Greens, Arrows and Sparrows have been serving up Instagram-worthy meals since 2015. Dogs are permitted in the outdoor patio area and they even have a menu of doggy treats and water available for your pooch.

My Second Home

This upmarket pet resort and spa is home to the world’s largest indoor dog park. Located less than half an hour away from Downtown Dubai, My Second Home offers everything from grooming to daycare to training. The dog park has plenty of space and play equipment as well as a pool for them to splash in. Dogs are separated based on size and temperament to keep it a safe and relaxed space.

It’s been a popular venue for years, previously being called Lifen’One and was recently featured in Vogue. The dog-friendly garden sits out the back and provides the perfect calm oasis to relax in with your pup.

Bark Park

A short drive from Dubai lies Al Awir, home to the fully enclosed, off-leash dog area, Bark Park. The site encompasses 3.5 acres in total with shaded areas, pools and agility equipment, this is the perfect place for your pooch to socialise and have a bit of fun.
